"The Wing" owns 5 helicopters equipped to transport critically ill and injured patients. 3 helicopters are staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week while one is available for Pedi-Flight. They provide the fastest emergency medical transport as well as the highest level of care. Covering six states, Hospital Wing provides inter-hospital transfers as well as emergency scene calls within a 150 mile radius of Memphis.
"The Wing" transports an average of 150 patients per month with 60% of these being trauma related. Scene flights account for approximately 35% of these transports.
